369 Creative Arts Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customer rights for amendment and cancellation:

• If parent/guardian is aware of absences that will occur during the term. (e.g. Family is traveling for part of the term) Please ensure this is clearly stated prior to term payment, so that arrangements can be made.

• 369 are more than happy to be flexible with swapping class times during the week, if a student has a prior engagement during their usual class time. Any swapping must be clearly communicated to the 369 staff so that an alternative solution can be found.

• If a student is unable to attend a class and they are unable to attend an alternative class time within that week, that student will have 2 opportunities throughout the duration of that term to find a class time which they can attend to make up for a missed class. This must be organised with the 369 staff to ensure the best learning outcomes for that student.

• If a parent/guardian does not correctly notify staff about an absence or if they do not organise an alternative class time, no refund or credit can be provided.

• We do not offer trial classes. Each term must be paid in full. If parent/guardian or student is not satisfied with the service provided following their first class, we can offer a refund for the remainder of that term. This is in place to minimise unnecessary administration.

Centre amendment and cancellation:

• 369 Creative Arts will occasionally vary their curriculum and class times from term to term. If a cancellation occurs it will be before term payments are made and before service has begun for that term. If a course cancellation occurs, parent/guardian will be notified via phone or email.

• Due to unforseen circumstances (e.g. staff availability) an individual class may need to be cancelled to postponed. If this occurred parent/guardian will be notified via phone or email.

• In the case of an event out of the control of 369 Creative Arts (e.g. a pandemic), if 369 Creative Arts are unable to commence classes face to face, alternative online education will replace usual classes at their usual time. No refund will be offered.
